On 29th June, 2022 i ordered a Redmi Note 10 Pro(Dark Nebula, 6 GB RAM, 128GB ROM) with an exchange of my old phone Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.On 30th June, 2022 they exchanged my phone but to my surprise they delivered a completely different product i.e, POCO M4 Pro, so i called the delivery man regarding this issue, they said its the company or rather problem with the packaging because on the outside they wrote my address but on the inside box receipt they gave someone other's address, they told me to call the customer support to raise an issue so that i can get a steady replacement. So, i tried calling them because i had some urgent work during that time wanted it to get replaced by 3rd of July. So i called them, they said my resolution date is on July 12, 2022 but they will try to get the job done by my said date i.e. 3th July, 2022. But they didnt bother to look into it and never did they bother to get the job done at the earliest. They didnt confirm the replacement earlier because they said that i hadn't provided the necessary documents and ID proof although i had sent it many times but because of their server fault it didnt get uploaded that time. Anyways my documents were uploaded on 5th July, 2022. And i notified them in their support box about the update they said they will get back to me by July 12, 2022. with a resolution. Today is July 13, 2022 and they still havent got back to me with a resolution and when i tried calling them they are saying to wait now again for 24-48 hours..They didnt bother to get my job done. but they kept on harassing me by saying same thing to wait, my replacement is still not approved yet forget about pickup and replace date.
