[Resolved] Flipkart — Digiflip Pro ET701 Tablet - Part not available at service center. | |||
I have purchased Digiflip Pro ET701 Tablet on 23-Mar-2015 Invoice No : # BIL[protected]. Approximately after two months it has stopped working (No power on). So I have submitted it to a service center (Satyam Communication J-34 Noida, Sector-18) on 26-May-2015. They asked me that this will take maximum 20 days to get repaired, but today even after 56 days it didn’t get repaired. Service center person asked me that company is not providing us the spare part to repair the item. In this case I would request to replace the product or refund the amount.
