[Resolved] Flipkart — Digiflip XT712 tablet | |||||
I bought a digiflip tab on flipkart on the month of August, 2015. The tablet faced a poor battery performance by october. The battery performance was so poor so it went to 0 from 100 not more than in 15 minutes. When i contacted flipkart customer service to fix my issue since that tablet was made by their company, they were not giving any proper answer. They asked me to visit the authorised service center. But they gave no proper address of the service center. I had to travel to the address they said and had to return empty as there was no such place like that. I thought that flipkart would have great care on digiflip as it is their brand. But i was totally wrong at this. Please help me to get my tablet repaired or replaced.
