I was order lg oled bx 55 inch TV from Flipkart. After wall mount when its on white line showing on the display and TV off after few seconds its happening again and again. The flipcart technician cancel his demonstration because tv not start. He ask for replacement also ask company do not give warranty because it's damage product diliver by Sailor.same day I request to replace it on my flipkart id. it's showing tecnication visit after 2 days and after replacement. But after 2 days no any tecnician coming for visit. Now pass 8 days almost no any replacement. It's 98000 rupees tv. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. My order id is. May 5, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipcart customer care ask tv replacement only when tecnician visit and check the issue. But no tecnician come for visit. After I call to lg customer support and ask my quary. Then lg send his tecnician to my home and he check and ask for replacement aslo he send replacement request to flipcart. Then next day my replacement is approved and after 1 day flipcart replace my tv. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
