[Resolved] Flipkart — disappointment in cancellation of order | |||||
Hello higher management, this is advocate dhiren sochar with contact no. [protected], i have booked ladder online from flipkart however today dated 22/10/2018 i have received cancellation order from flipkart stating that seller viz., sagar asia pvt ltd has cancelled your order, i am highly disappointed with last moment intimation from flipkart, i cannot understand when at the time of booking proper stock was available and there was absolutely no problem then why the seller has intimated and cancelled the order last moment ie. At the time of delivery viz., after 7-10 days of order. When had a telephonic conversation with mr. Fatim shaikh (Floor supervisor) he also gave me the same reason and was totally helpless in this regards Request higher management to take my mail as an 1st step towards my grievance, also note this is highly disappointment from flipkart and will recommend all to never do any transaction with company. Nov 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to some unforeseen reason and refund has done. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
