Myself Shriom Sharma, Ordered ""Vedya high quality charging PCB / Board" for my Panasonic eluga ray max on 13/06/2022 under Order ID - OD[protected] and the delivery boy came on 18/06/2022 at 5:25PM, I opened the parcel and compared it with my old PCB / Board, I found that the PCB / Board doesn't have antenna terminal so i requested the delivery boy to take it back but he refused to do so.
After his refusal I contacted the Flipkart customer helpline over telephone, Email ([protected]@flipkart.com) & through the Flipkart application helpline option and informed the flipkart representative regarding the issue in detail but all in vain.
It is clearly shown in the screenshot that the return policy was valid till 18/06/2022 but Flipkart didn`t accept the return request even on 18/06/2022 (please see the attached file named "Return Policy validity Proof").
As my order was prepaid the seller sent the defective piece intentionally. I paid the whole amount for the PCB / Board using PAYTM UPI option as there was showing an offer against which I should get Rs 25 as paytm cashback (Screenshot attached) but here also Flipkart has cheated me and I have not received any cashback till date.
From 18/06/2022 to till date i have contacted Flipkart many times through Emails and telephonic but they are not responding and marking all my complaints as resolved without even contacting me and taking any needful action.
In general public interest I request you to please take strict action against Flipkart and the Seller as both are doing fraud by selling defective parts / accessories and showing misleading advertisements of cashback and Return policy.
