Flipkart — Displaying fake discounts and not providing proper information

Why the product hasn't been shipped till now. Is this the priority you give to the flipkay plus members? Products have been received faster when I'm not plus member. And 2000 rupees discount hasn't been applied in this product while check out and 500 rupees magic box in rewards has also not applied on purchase. I have raised call request multiple times while ordering the product. The product is being available for 10 minutes and next 10 minutes it is showing not deliverable to my address. You didn't even call and simply sent a text message saying 'we have been trying to contact you...' is this the priority you give to your flipkart plus members. If the calls gets connected and I say don't cut the call and if the call gets disconnected please call me back multiple times. There's no callback or response your side. Since it's a mistake from your side for not calling back on time and not giving proper response and your representatives don't have proper knowledge regarding offers and simply disconnecting the call. Reduces and return an amount of 2500 to my account. If you want valid proofs regarding offers which I'm saying I should get I'm ready to provide you and even I have the audio recordings with me. This is not the first time you have done this to me. Kindly reduce the amount of 2000+ 500=2500 to me. Thanks.

And do remove that one option from customer care representatives that they are simply disconnecting the call and sending a message ' We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you. You can always call us on our toll free number[protected] for further assistance.' Instead of calling back they are not even calling back and simply keeping that message as they don't have an answer for the query asked by customers. After being asking the customer care team don't disconnect the call and if call gets disconnected please call me back several times and don't send messages instead of calling, try again still I don't get a call back. This shows how you respect a customer. Being a flipkart plus member you are giving me this worst service/ support, I pity for non flipkart plus members. I have messaged the photos in the Flipkart Facebook social media account, follow up there for the related proofs there.
