[Resolved] Flipkart — doesn't get any confirmation after paying 21180 rupees | |||
I have ordered 2 wardrobes on Friday that is 23/08/2019, paid INR 21180 through credit card. Till now dint get any confirmation on Flipkart account neither on my mobile phone. They have already confirmed on twitter that they got the amount but till now they are nor confirming on my order neither they are returning my money back. Even there is no ORDER ID as nothing is showing in Order history, they keep saying the same thing "We are checking". Its been 4 days now, no confirmation yet. One of the manager called me on Saturday, promising that Monday we will deliver the product else we will return your money. Now since morning only thing they are keep repeating is that "We are checking" Was this information helpful? | |||
