[Resolved] Flipkart — don't trust flipkart | |||
Order id-od[protected] I have ordered a book (Works of bikash bhattacharjee close to events by manasij majumder. The cost of the book 1930/-) on 14th january 2019 at 12.36 pm and product delivered on 18th january 2019 and they delivered me upkars question electrical engineering and the cost of the book is 115/-. I complained the flipkart customer executive they promised me that product will be replaced and delivered by 23rd january 2019. But they mailed me that the delivery of your order has been delayed due to some unforeseen issues faced by seller and they assured me that the product is delivered by 26th january 2019. But 24th january 2019 one of the customer executive from flipkart called me and said that they cancelled my order. 3rd time i ordered the same things happen to me. I didn't get refund. This is pure inefficiency of services and no proper action items are not taken... Was this information helpful? | |||
