[Resolved] Flipkart — door curtains/ window curtains and subsequent blocking of account | |
Dear Team I have ordered window curtains 4 packets and door curtains 4 packets. However we have recived only 2 packets that too 1 with diff color and another one diff color. Hence with the guidance of care no the order was cancelled by them and they assured me over phone that seller will redespatch 8 packets and i have to get delivery of 8 packets and return of 2 packets. However courier person handed over only 2 packets against pickup of first delivered 2 packets. So i have written mail to customer care stating the issue but again in 2 incidents they have credited refund of 2 window curtains. That means out of 4 packets of window curtains 2 has been refunded and 2 was replaced by courier person. Now i have not got any replacement or refund for Door curtains. Now there was balance in my account and flipkart blocked my account. I have escalated the issue to head of dept over mail but no reply. They have blocked my account stating more no of cancellation of orders which is actually not. Please resolve the problem.My registered mob no is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
