[Resolved]  Flipkart — double payment taken by ekart (logistic vendor of flipkart) on pos machine

I had ordered a combo gift set of eva fresh deodorant from flipkart which got delivered on 30th october. However, while making card payment to the logistic vendor the payment was taken twice. The delivery agent had told me that the first payment was not processed due to some error and took payment again.

I had logged in a complaint with flipkart on 31st itself informing them of the situation however, till date the complaint has been kept on hold.

Request your help in expediating the matter and in getting the necessary refund.
