[Resolved] Flipkart — duplicate and damaged product delivered | |||||
As i was order divinecrafts anolog wall watch on 21 sep-2017 from flipkart. They deliver the order but the product was damage and look like bizare, i place request for replacement but today there pickup boy does not take the product as its duplicate. Then my brother call me and tell that the product is duplicate, its not divinecrafts its any other brand and pickup boy not take it back. Then i am trying to call customer care of flipkart but they are not giving me positive reply I will check I will see It's not a satisfaction for my problem. I prepaid the amount and they serv me duplicate product Plz look at to this matter and resolve it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
