[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate item delivered | |||||
Sir, I have ordered for a hp pen drive and got the item which is having one year warranty, it became dead after one month. And i went to nearby authorized service center and they said the item is duplicate not hp. Complained in flipkart and they made return and agreed they will accept that without brand box. Feb 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer says ASC team confirmed that received duplicate product and we also confirmed to provide refund post picking up the product without brand box but later denied for the same. Apologized to customer and customer confirmed that now issue resolved as received refund. Hence, closing the case.
