[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate product [not genuine product]

But i have recd duplicate product when i complained the same they said that the seller has mention no return for this product, but why should i return if it is genune, i am returning product becouse it is duplicate.
I am following up with them but no reply on this. Still following up with them.
Please resolve the matter
