[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate/Fault Iphone 5s Product Delivered

Hi, I have ordered Iphone5s and had paid complete amount 40k online itsel[censored]sing debit card. But once after receiving it, could see that there are lots of defects in the product delivered. -- Voice is not heard in ongoing call -- With speaker ON, voice is breaking and not heard. -- It hanged in Settings app. ill on nxt reboot, it dint recover. -- Keypad is not shown up in any app. When requested for return of the product, with no reason they blindly closed the request order. I have raised one more request and waiting for response. ID: OD[protected]

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that phone is not working properly and its getting hanged . Informed customer that will escalate this issue to concern team and you will get the call back.

Updated by pveena I havent received any call yet. Need immediate return of the device.
Device is also heating up very fast with in 15min.

Also please do call on alternate numbers provided if customer is not available on the number registered.

I see that flipkart service is one of the bad service I have ever faced till now.
