I had ordered an item on flipkart an item 0n 15th May 2018, as per their initial committment they supposed to deliver on 7th June 2018 but could not get it till now.. Neither i can track the same.. When i contacted customer care on 8th June, they say, We have escalated this issue with our logistics team u will recieve the shipment max by 11th June, i didn't get the same.Then I called againt them on 11th June, they told u will receive by 13th June. Today when i enquired about my product on the helpline number, the executive smiply answer me it will be delivered after 72 hours(4 days) Is it the the way to deal with a customer? I am really depressed with flipkart. Kindly note i will not be using flipkart anymore and tell my associates also not to deal with flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
