I had placed a request and made money for the product which is of black colour. Though i received a different colour, as a normal behaviour i raised a replacement request and this became messy since this. They initially stated they want an email id and i tried updating my mail id. Later after few days it was found that the mail id was used in an old account which i had created. It had a mobile number that i do not use any longer. I asked them to close that account and release my email id from that account but they did not work and instead they asked me to create a new mail id!!! Why would i create a new mail id for this transaction? Later the request got closed on the application for which i did not get any notification. While browsing other products, i saw the ticket was closed just the day before and i re-opened. This time they asked for an id proof. I submitted my aadhar and after few days they closed the incident stating that the aadhar is invalid!!! Now i am not sure what else can be done for my id!!! And why would someone ask id proof for replacement. They closed this incident and when i called back they started playing smart on call and was not helpful. Every time i put a request, someone calls and disconnects the call as if it was planned among themselves. I have placed 6 call-backs and they agents on all these 6 calls disconnected the calls.
Till now it was for the product but the behavioural response from these agents made it really bad. I need a proper response on this. Was this information helpful? |
