[Resolved]  Flipkart — EGV Deactivated by Flipkart amounting 10,000

I have added two gift vouchers amounting to 5000/- each into my Flipkart account. after some days Flipkart blacklists my account due to some reason and the balance added to my Flipkart account is now showing as "EGV deactivate" and I am unable to use these gift cards.
I connect with Flipkart customer care multiple times for this issue but did not get any satisfactory response from their side and the issue is still unresolved after 4-5 months.
