He'llo sir my name is vishal singh, i redeemed my EGV gift voucher on 16th March 2024 at 9:29 am but my RGV gift voucher got deactivated without any reson or my gift voucher balance became zero without any reson on 20th March 2024 at 11:15 am I didn't get any message or mail of deduction of my EGV gift voucher Today, 28th March 2024 I went to redeem another gift voucher I saw my balance is zero . I want my gift card voucher balance as it as remains.

I provide a proof of my gift card transaction history.

I requested to flipkart to refund or initiate my balance to my account.

Updated by Vishalsingh12 My issue is not solved, I recieved call from Flipkart and he said to me it is third party redeem code and so it was deactivated. I again repeat this is not fare to me . I wanted to get my refund to my account or If it possible please remove redemption of my redeem code so I check to another account for again redemption of it.
