Flipkart Ekart Logistics — Out for delivery still not delivered

I have ordered the product fmpp[protected] on 7 august2020 and receive a broken sealed phone and used one. I have requested for the replacement and then technician visit he just ensure that all the things are working fine and i said that the screen has some manufacturing defects like gum pasting is coming on all the corners i told him that i received a used product but he didn't share any details with flipkart and then i lodged a complaints regarding the same as well as technician who didn't share anything. After that my replacement was successful on 19 august and the promised delivery timeline was given to me on 22 august still i didn't receive my product yet and then the replacement dates change to 23 august still it didn't deliver. Everytime i spoke to customers services they just said wait till 7 pm your order is on the way. I didn't understand why product is not delivered to me if it was already in delhi near my location still they transferred to gurgaon then delhi. I don't know when wiil i recieved my product. Finally my product is out for delivery and i received the wishmaster number. I just call the wishmaster and they said i will reach your doorstep within 2 hr. I have waited for 3 hrs still they didn't give a call to me.

Finally i call him again after waiting for 3 hours and surprisingly my call is rejected i don't know whether the wishmaster is rejected the call or blocked.

In the evening i have received a msg that your product is not delivered you today we will deliver it tomorrow.

After tracking the details it was stuck in unable to deliver due to operational issues.

Still i m not getting my product.

I didn't understand why flipkart is not doing anything to their plus customers whats the use of plus membership compared to normal membership if i am facing the same issue. Its better to buy things from amazon prime instead of flipkart at least they provide better service as compared to flipkart plus memeber ship. I have never faced such kind of thing in flipkart but this time it was really annoying me. I will never order any electronics item from flipkart. If they didn't understand their customers problem even registering so many complaints.
