Hi, I recently order MI A3 phone, kind of grey 6 GB RAM 128 GB, Order ID OD[protected]
In the box i got a old, used, broken samsung duos phone. Immediately I requested for return. It got approved and I was informed through flipkart app and message that return pickup will happen on 17 August 2020. On 17 I called the wishmaster asking when he will come. he said he has not received any email regarding the return. So he will not come to pick up unless he gets an email.
Then suddenly I receive an sms that pickup rejected due to product mis-match. How come it can be mis-match when nobody even came to check??
Also in my complaint to flipkart, i was told that since you have received the wrong product there shall be no verification at the time of return pick up.
Please help. I have not informed this to my family as well. I come from a moderate family. If they come to know that i have been the victim of a fraud of 17K... these poor people will lose their sleep.
So please help.
Below are few of my observations:
The mobile box was not plastic wrapped on the top
The seal on the mobile phone was tampered with. It is clearly visible that someone had tried to open it by scratching.
Wishmaster is rejecting the pickup himself without even come for inquiry or verification.
Now he is not even picking up the phone.
