I placed my order for this mosue on 14th Aug listed under flipkart assured and was given estimated delivery by 21st Aug.
I checked my order status on 17th Aug but it was yet to be packed by the seller for which i raised a issue. The flipkart support assistant filed a complaint for which update was to be provided by 24th Aug.
On 20th Aug, I received an email from the site regarding delay in delivery due to some unforseen issue and the delivery date was shifted to 26th Aug.
On 24th Aug i checked the status of my complaint and found that it has been shifted to 25th Aug. I contacted the customer care support, where the guy furthur assured me that he has put me in priority list and the issue will be resolved shortly.
On 25th Aug, that status of the complaint filed was updated to 'unresolved' with no furthur resolving date information. Furthermore on the same day, i received a mail from the site that the delivery date is again shifted to 31st Aug due to some unforseen issues with the seller. I contacted the customer care at 17:08 on 25th where the support guy assured me that the 'Issue Resolving team' would contact me by 21:00. But till date no response has been provided. I again contacted the customer care where the support guy again asked me to wait again for 48 hours for issue resolving and 31st Aug for delivery.
I have already paid for the order beforehand and have been in touch with the different customer support multiple times and still didn't get any trustworthy or reliable response.
On the site, the order status is still not packed yet.
I have waited and have invested more than enough time for this product and wont opt for the cancellation of the prouct. I want proper feedback on this query and my placed order asap. Got a complain id in the form of " IN[protected] ", hope it helps.
