Flipkart — Empty AirPods Pro box delivered

I ordered an Apple Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging Case from Flipkart on 11/11/2020 at ₹17989.

My order ID is OD[protected]. The delivery agent was Ekart.
The seller was TrueComRetail, but the seller mentioned on invoice is 'Sane Retail Private Limited'. The product was delivered on the after noon of 22/11/2020.When I opened the box I found that it was empty. AirPods Pro and the charging cable was not in the box. I immediately lodged a complaint and requested for a refund by speaking with Flipkart customer care. Tried to contact Ekart but couldn't connect so left a negative feed back mentioning the issue details on the feedback link received from Ekart. I have called the customer support twice but the reply was that they are working on it and I need to wait till 4th December. There were no details shared on what is their process and what they are working on. The product was delivered around 3:20 pm but I recieved the last 'Product Delivered' text from EKart at night 7:58 pm and was updated on flipkart app as 'delivered'. The product was delivered at around 3:20 pm, I opened the product after the delivery and found product missing from package, immediately the complaint was lodged for refund at 3:29 pm.

On Flipkart app, the refund request shows it is pending for approval and I'll be contacted by Flipkart within 72 hours (going to be completed at 3:29 pm today). Till date I have not received any call back from Flipkart. I have no clarity that how my refund shall be processed and whether it would be even processed or not. So I am filing this complaint to save the loss of my hard earned money. As there are many similar cases on internet where the people lost their money, and I don't want to be the victim like others.

My concern is genuine and I am ready to take all necessary measures, but seek your support to save my loss.

Please look into the matter urgently and help me with the resolution.
