Flipkart — Empty box delivered by Flipkart

Hi, I have placed order on 1st March 2022 order ID OD[protected] price 1999 by Flipkart. I got delivery on 3rd March but the box was empty. So I raised complain on Flipkart for this fraud but they rejected the complain without and resolution. Flipkart just closed the complain that shows they don't want to serve customers. after that from that ID we are not able to connect to customer support. while we are asking to raise complain to identify where this fraud happed but they are not supporting even in twitter they are stopped responding and when they are responding they are saying only one thing complain has to resolved.
