Flipkart — Empty box received - cheating the customer

Order was placed through flipkart on 5th may for tommy hilfiger th1791206j watch - for women, for the amount of: 9000 rs, order id: od[protected]. The parcel got delivered on 12th may. But the parcel which got delivered was a empty parcel and on the same day the complaint was logged with flipkart as well email was sent to them along with the snap of the worst packing i have seen from flipkart and on 15th may i got a call from flipkart that they will not be able to help me with the replacement or refund. And when asked the escalation officer (Veena) what are the investigation done and what is your findings she was clueless and bluntly told on my face that she does not have any report of the investigation her job is only to call the customer and inform about the complaint status and when asked for the manager she refused to transfer the call. When i informed her that as a customer i need to know what was the investigation done and why it was rejected she kept on saying that she do not have any update on the same and we can't help. I never thought that flipkart has come to a position that they started begging/looting the money by the name of business. Flipkart you should be ashamed of doing this sort of business with the hard earned money of customers. If you are really sort of money ask us and we will give it to you as charity to run your business shop. But not by cheating customers. And on top of that they have blocked my account stating there many returns in my account and as per knowledge out of 120+ orders i have placed i had hardly returned 20 orders either due to replacement not available or quality issue.
