[Resolved] Flipkart — Empty iPhone box received flipkart

I ordered an apple iPhone 7 on 24th Nov 2016. My product was delivered on 25th Nov 2016. After receiving the order when I opened the upper box I found the seal of iPhone box was open. Then I saw the phone was missing from the box. Then and there I called flipkart. They told me their investigation team would look into it and will contact me regarding the same in 48 hours. I called them after 24hours. In fact I was worried. They they assured me will contact me in 48 hours. Then I called them after 48 hours they again told me to wait for 24hours more. They are repeating the same thing after every 24hours. Today is 30th. They are saying they can not do anything I have to wait after paying 60000. I was thinking to take the help of law. But before that I thought I should try online help.

Updated by Sundaray The order no is OD[protected]. Also one more thing when I checked with apple support it shows the mobile is already active.
