I ordered a book of material science and engineering costing Rs760/- & received book.
On receiving book I found I ve been cheated because the print of book is not colour print, paper quality is very bad, print is very bad and not as per the actual book my friends having.
I ve ordered total four books in last 6 months and this is the third book which is not as per the book available in market. It shear cheating and looting purchasers. You are just copying the original book and selling it to innocent buyers.
I am really sad and angry to find this callistrers book in such a bad print and quality..
Pl do needful at your end to take the book and give original else I will try and find others ways to express my displeasure..You are reputed brand have some value of it and stop misleading and cheating readers.
Looking for prompt reply and action.
