I ordered a realme 5 pro device (Rs 17999), (order id:OD[protected] on the 6th of june and the same was delivered on the 8th. The device had a problem with the wide angle camera and i raised a replacement. The same was reported and the technician visited my place on the 12th of june. The issue was confirmed by the technician as he took samples, share the samples with his team lead and even performed a factory reset of my phone but the issue did not get resolved.
Next, he falsely reported to flipkart that the issue is resolved. I again raised a return request on the 13th June (Replacement ID:[protected]) to get this rectified and till date i have not received any call or resolution from the backend team. I even wrote an escalation mail to them and have spoken with your customer care executives and even team leaders but to no avail. I tried to contact the backend team but I was not given any contact no. I tried to contact Jeeves and their technician but they do not pick up the phone.
Its a shame that i need to sit with a faulty device and despite of so many attempts no one is helping to resolve the issue.
Please initiate a refund or replace my unit at the earliest when all the proofs are with you. Was this information helpful? |
