On 5th of December I have placed an order(orderid:OD[protected] with this orderid

3.WESTIDO Cyrus Leatherette 3 + 1 + 1 Sofa Set (Brown Cream, Knock Down)) were ordered for an amount of 68, 429 rupees

Order status seems to be in pending. it has been 15 days order is not cancelled. and refund is not initiated. From 15 days i.e( from 5th December to 20th December I placed roughly round 60 calls to the flipkart customer care people. But I haven't received any proper resolution from the team or else from the higher authorities.

I am accepting the initiation to this account is:[protected]
Federal Bank credit card.

I need my principal amount back within 24 hours. and also interest to be paid by the seller for the tension and pressure I took from 15 days.

I request you to kindly help me for initiation of refund back to my credit card( One card) through which I made my transaction.
