[Resolved] Flipkart — escalation mail against flipkart (in[protected] | |||
Hi, I have brought a thomson tv from flipkart before 6 month ago. And filpkart assured me that they will provide 1 year warranty agreement against that product. So this product is under warranty. But from 15 days ago display is not coming and i have complained to thomson and they send the service team to my home visit the tv. Service team confirmed me that this a panel damage and it will be replace because its under warranty (Sumit saha:[protected]), they crealy mentioned that there is no physical damage, i have also recorded that and you can also call the service team (Sumit saha) Now thomson is confirmed me that there is physical damage and they will not provide the warranty. And service team and myself also confirmed that there is no physical damage, if there is a physical damage then send me proof of that or show me. And they are not providing any proof for that. Basically they are avoiding to repair this tv though its under warranty. (I have attached my tv image) Multiple time i have called thomson, they are not bother about that and they have closed the ticket. Ticket no:[protected] and complaint id : 9030790 Multiple time i have also called flipkart and every time they are telling me that will look into issue. I have spent a big amount for this tv and just i have believed to flipkart. Why flipkart not talking any action because i have paid to flipkart only I have complained to consumer forum against flipkart and thomson Consumer court case no is:1289762 And i will go for social media (Facebook & twitter) and cable operator against flipkart. Jun 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the brand is not providing service under warranty. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to share the written confirmation from the brand regarding the same. Hence, closing the complaint until customer share the confirmation.
