I am writing to you for the seventh time in utter frustration due to the unresolved issue surrounding the delivery and installation of my Motorola Envision X TV worth Rs. 50, 000, which was delivered on October 19th, 2023, at 12:30 pm.
Immediately after delivery, I received a call from a technician promising installation by 4 pm on the same day. However, after 1 pm, the technician became unreachable and failed to respond to my repeated calls. In fact, I made 38 attempts to contact him from 19th oct to 20th oct, all in vain. This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is appalling and completely unprofessional.
Subsequently, I contacted Flipkart customer care three times, only to receive hollow apologies and vague promises of a resolution. One of your executives assured me that the issue would be resolved by October 20th, 2023. Unfortunately, this promise went unfulfilled.
To make matters worse, the installation date was first extended to October 21st, 2023, and now it has been further pushed to October 26th. This continuous delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service quality of Flipkart.
I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter. I implore you to take immediate and decisive action. Please ensure that my TV is installed before 1 pm on October 21st, 2023, through any means necessary. If the assigned technician is unavailable or uncooperative, kindly arrange for another technician to complete the installation.
