[Resolved] Flipkart — even after 40 days my product is not delivered | |
I have placed an order from Flipkart on 22 June, which was supposed to be delivered by 8th July. I still have not received the product. I raised complaint with customer support multiple times. Every time I was given a false promise that it will delivered in next 2 days. Now everyday Flipkart team is calling & harassing me everyday to cancel the order because they don't have an estimate on the delivery. This product is no longer available for the purchase at same price. So I cant reorder it. I request you to kindly look in to the matter. All I am looking for is either deliver the product ASAP or compensate me appropriately for the losses & stop the harassment. Was this information helpful? | |
