[Resolved]  Flipkart — Even after mentioning in legal policy refund denied on my order which I want to return

I did not like the parcel I ordered from flipkart. I wanted to return it due to quality issues. It is clearly mentioned in their legal policy that home decor, furnishing items can be returned and get refund for the same. Whereas flipkart is denying to refund the money and return policy is still there till 31 october 2020. This is not acceptable. This is fraud.

I want to return my order due to quality issues and I do not want this product now. I need a refund. I am a flipkart plus member and I lost the trust on flipkart. Check my order history I am loyal customer from last few years.
