Flipkart — Exchange denied, product cancelled. | |
Hi, So I've purchased a TV from Flipkart on 29th September during their Big billion day offers and also selected to exchange my old TV. The delivery person came to deliver and exchange the product on 2nd October, checked my old TV for issues thoroughly and he said it was perfectly fine and passed all the checkboxes in their delivery application after which he found out that there is something wrong with the app and it shows that the exchange value reduced to 450. He apologized and said that maybe something went wrong and he would try to deliver again the next day. The next day he did the exact same thing and the exact thing happened. I have this in a recording where the delivery person explains the TV is fine and should be exchanged with the correct value of 3500 but since their app is at fault he is unable to do so. I have then raised a ticket to get this resolved with Flipkart and the escalation team provided a resolution to just cancel it which doesn't resolve anything. It is their mistake and for that why would a consumer have to face trouble? I want this to be heard and taken seriously and I'm willing to take this to consumer court if no resolution is being provided. Was this information helpful? | |
