Flipkart — exchange handset rejected by flipkart | |||
I ordered the phone (Oppo f11 pro on 3rd october 2019) in exchange plan from flipkart. When delivery boy came to me to deliver he rejected my phone, as per terms and condition of their exchange they can not reject my phone, Well working. If screen cracked they will reduce the value of my phone, but delivery boy was illiterate, he did not read the t & c of their exchange Policy, when i raised the complain to customer care they just told me to send picture of my old phone what was sent but no action taken by flipkart team and my order got cancelled. After that they called me to order new phone as if order cancelled, nothing is possible. After assurance of flipkart team, i ordered new phone (Real m x) with same exchange policy but again same incidence repeated. Flipkart delivery boy again denied to take exchange while as per their exchange policy they can not reject if i am ready to pay delta amount. I also called to their flipkart support team and they are not supportive and talking like robot. They engaged me for whole month and also wasted my money and time both as i paid in advance. I request you to take serious action and ask him to follow the process and policies mentioned on website. Was this information helpful? | |||
