Dear team,

I have place order for oppo f11 pro (Order od[protected] with exchange of my oppo f7, but your delivery person has rejected my exchange my current phone is in properly working condition, never open, no damage, every thing is working fine, please look into the matter.
I am very disappointing, i never expected this from flipkart
