I purchased a refrigerator on October 10th, 2023, by exchanging the old refrigerator on the Flipkart app. The old refrigerator wasn't picked up by the delivery executive because the brand name I provided in the app for the exchange product was 'ALL Others, ' as my refrigerator brand (BPL) was not listed in the options. However, the executive mentioned they didn't have an 'ALL Others' option in their app; they only had 'Others.' Due to this technical issue(APP has only "ALL others" option), I was asked to raise the matter with Flipkart customer service and pay the exchange amount.
After raising a complaint on Flipkart, a customer executive assured me it would be picked up within 4 days. However, nobody showed up, and despite raising 15+ complaints, they kept giving different dates for the pickup. Now, after more than 40 days, they claim that the exchange item cannot be picked up.
