I placed an order as birthday gift for my sister for hp laptop on 15th dec 22 with order id : OD[protected] and promised date of delivery was 20 dec 22 and i waited patiently till the date but on the said date neither delivery executive visited my home nor he called me. When i called in the afternoon him then he said he will come in the evening. When i called him in the evening then he said he will come tomorrow but that also passed. Next day he didn't picked up the call. Then i called customer care and then they said i will get product by the endo f the day and raised the issue. but all in vain and fast forward to 24th dec . morning i received message that order is cancelled and refund is issued.
On 23rd i received call from delivery hub which is 20km away from my home to visit their warehouse and collect the order as their executive don't know how to do laptop exchange.
So in these 9 days, customer placed order, waited and paid money via credit card so cc will charge processing fee, EMI charges which customer will pay to bank without any mistake.
Moral of story: Flipkart does not care about customer time, money and losses. They will harass you mentally and financially. They will come with discount during sale and will cancel the order. This will boost their website traffic and no. of sales and transaction. In the end, customer has to suffer. This is Flipkart dirty trick to lure gullible customers in the name of discount and sales.
So guys please be aware from Flipkart. Better move to amazon if you want peace of mind and good shopping experience. Don't fall in their trap i.e. Rattrap Was this information helpful? |
