[Resolved] Flipkart — exchange of a mobile asus zenfone max against asus zenfone max pro m2 | |||
I bought asus zenfone max pro m2 delivered on 17/03/2019 by exchanging my asus zenfone max but in the process of exchange the delivery buy denied accept my old one showing the reason the device is not perfect and charged me an amount of rs.1, 550/-. It is not fair. You people are misusing the facility of exchange offer. I am constantly purchasing products through flipkart. If this kind of behaviour is being done with me, i shall think differently. No one will use exchange offer for his/her new device. Now matter is in your court. I want to request you to take my old device and deposit the amount of rs.1, 550/- to my flipkart account at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
