[Resolved]  Flipkart — Exchange offer on Moto E3 power not applied in the final purchase amount, even after product delivery

I ordered Moto e3 power on Oct 17th Midnight around 12:30 AM. There was three offers displayed in the product page:
1. Exchange offer
2. 10% cash back offer
3. Extra Rs.1500 off on exchange
When I gave my old phone details, only the old phone value was deducted in the final amount and the extra Rs. 1500 mentioned in the product page was not applied. I placed the order after double confirming with Flipkart customer case executive and he asked me to place the order and send the screen shot of order confirmation, which I did. Today 20th Oct, I got the product delivered but the offer is not yet given to me and my old phone is taken from me.

I've sent mails with screen shot of all offers and have informed what customer case executive asked me to do and I was told my issue will be resolved by 19th 11 AM but nothing happened, then got a mail telling it will be resolved by 20th 10 AM and after no mails and no resolution.

I got the product delivered and still the offer is not given to me. I demand a solution for this from Flipkart.

This is the second time they are doing such bad behavior to me in same month, previous case being same product sent to my place with message communication telling item is in transit but suddenly the order got cancelled by itself.
