Dear sir
1. I had ordered samsung a 20 vide order no od[protected] on 08 aug 19 at flipkart in an exchange offer with samsung y phone (Imei: [protected]). The phone was to be delivered by 10 aug 19 but the delivery was delayed by one day and the boy came on 11 aug 19. My phone samsung y phone was checked by their representative and found all good but with an observation that the phone battery was not the original battery which had come with it at the time of initial purchase.
2.in this regard following is submitted:
A. Samsung y phone is a year 2011 make purchased in year 2012.
B. The battery was replaced in year 2016 from autharised samsung service centre.
C. No li-ion battery has even a shelf life of 4-5 years therefore requires periodic replacement.
D. The term and condition on site said that 'battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen' and the battery is well seated, not swollen or cracked or tempered in any way. Photos attached for reference
E. Rejecting an item for not having battery of time of initial purchase for a phone 8 years old is something like luring someone with an offer with clear intention of rejecting it at the time of delivery and recover the balance amount. This is how customers get trapped.
F. Flipkart customer care number was also approached and she understood my problem and non-feasibility to meeting such conditions but was helpless due to their policy constraints.
3. Expecting you to resolve my issue or refund my full amount at the earliest.
