I order a phone and did exchange for that and what i got is no exchange because your delivery boy said it has a crack. Even your delivery boy didnt knew that was the design of the phone after wasting 5 minutes he found a one more line. Seriously he you want want to exchange them simply don't publish such offer. You will not get a brand new phone in exchange offer it is known. Do you want me to buy a new phone so that there will be no scratches at all. Thanks to give me a reason for not shopping with you again. Thank you

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that order was cancelled due to exchange product is damage. We interacted and apologized for the order cancellation and requested to place fresh order by checking the same offer, also informed about refund. Hence closing the case from our end.
