Flipkart — Exchange rejection

I ordered mobile in BBD2022 with exchange of another mobile.
Delivery boy rejected to exchange my mobile by deviating from flipkart exchange policy.
As per flipkart exchange policy
Issues leading to rejection in exchange are:
1.Phone does not switch on.
2.Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
3.Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
4.IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

All above points are not applicable for my mobile phone but still delivery person rejected my exchange mobile.

He didn’t even bother to check or verify the phone.
