• I have ordered MOTOROLA G32 yesterday through flipcart. (Order No. – OD[protected].
• I have selected lowest status of exchange value like Screen and body both damage with exchange value of Rs – 1800 /- (Excluding Pickup charge - 129/-)
• Now during delivery, delivery person has checked quality test and reduce to Rs. 750/ - (Excluding Pickup charge - 129/-) “Exchange incident ID – IN[protected]”. Finally he decline my order due to lowest price. I have asked him to delivered my ordered on ordered value but he decline and reject the order due to price issue.
• I had seen the whole incident. My phone was in working condition and minor body scratch and screen crack. No any functional errors.
• Question is that when I have selected lowest category “Screen and body both damaged” then why my phone was rejected due to phone condition. Phone was working well and all functions are running well.
• When i have tried to contact customer care...No one is able to provide me the reason...why my phone was rejected ? and which condition.
• “ Don't I have the right to know that what reason my phone rejected. “
I have cleared here that i have not rejected the phone. Phone was rejected by delivery person due to lowest price value during exchange. Was this information helpful? |
