Hello,
I have recently made a purchase on Flipkart. Unfortunately, due to incorrect size chart provided by the seller, the product was too big for use. Therefore I have requested for an exchange of my item, however they keeps on postponing the date for pickup. It's been almost a month now and even after calling the Flipkart executive several times, they haven't addressed my issue. Most recently they have even cancelled my exchange request without informing me. Hence I am forced to seek redressal. Please help me in this issue. I'll be expecting your sincere help. Thank you

They still haven't solved my complaint. They keeps on postponing the pickup date for my product. Nothing is changes

Updated by Pelesalie They are not taking this into account. They have changed the pickup date for almost 10-15 times already.
