[Resolved] Flipkart — extended warranty on my mi tv 55'' | |||||
I had ordered a mi tv 55' on 12th may midnight sale and i got my tv on 14th may, 2018. I had checked the extended warranty of 2 years but somehow it didnt got in my checkout items and as it was on sale i ordered immediately. Post delivery i asked my installation guy about the extended warranty, he said we can get it and that he will tell his manager to get back. I never got a callback. I called numerous times to flipkart about my warranty and everytime they give me some flawed information. I am really disappointed this time from the service i have got. The representative told me he has raised an escalation for my issue when he clearly hasnt. I tried speaking to the senior representative no one even picks up the call, i waited for some half an hour but it seems flipkart doesnt value customer relation anymore. Its not like i am asking anything for free. That extended warranty is something i will pay for. Also, i wanted the warranty as it is flipkart protect and i was assured that i will get the service, but with this i think i should have better not bought the tv only and got of some other brand from local market atleast there will be no stress to customer like us and we would not be mis guided like this.
