Dear Sir, i had purchased the sub External hard disk via Flikart Details as follows :- Order No. #22526153 invoice no. Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he was not aware of the order details used for the purchase. Also, got to know that the product was purchased in the month of October and hence informed him to contact Sony Service Center for assistance to get it fixed using the manufaturer warranty. Customer agreed.
