Flipkart — Extra payment refund issue

I ordered some groceries from Flipkart groceries having order id OD[protected], worth ₹700. During payment, the delivery boy sent me a link through which I paid ₹700, which was already debited from my account but the boy told me that he has not received the payment. So I paid him ₹700 again for that same order. And I complaint regarding this issue to agents 8 days before. They told me to wait for 7 to 8 days then I will get my refund. Now today is 8th day and the agent is saying they can't do anything and go to bank. Is this there service? Please help me to resolve this issue. Here I'm providing a screenshot of my bank statement.
