[Resolved] Flipkart — extremely pathetic service and poor customer care | |||
Ordered blackberry q10 on 27th of september and got the promised date on the 6th of oct with an extra delivery fees. Then got an update that the date was postponed to 7th. After few days got email that the delivery is delayed to 9th. Then after getting into second call with customer care was informed that there is no change which means either the email is messed up or the customer care team is not updated. The product was delivered on 7th with in correct color, the invoice reads black device ordered but the product inside the box is white. Processed return on 10th itself, when asked for returned, was informed that the product will be picked up on 16th. The product will be delivered only after pickup of the item, which means i should wait for 16th. I had bought the mobile as a gift and now purchased it in person from a store, now the flipkart team says that i have to purchase this product and they cannot refund the money. -product delayed -incorrect product received -extreme delay in pick up of incorrect product and re sending correct product -cannot refund and now i need to carry an extra mobile which i never want. -poor customer care which is fed with incorrect data and keeps reciting the same # when ever i call them, not at all helpful. Still i am waiting and not sure how long this process is going to take because if there is another delay from their side, then i have to wait another week calling to the flipkart's customer care which is even more pathetic.
