I have bought one laptop as on 17th Feb from Flipkart India. As payment mode paylater on EMI . But due to compatibility and slowness issue I have request return on the very first day. But they are denied to return and Asus company is not providing defect certificate based on which they can refund amount. I had a numerous calls with Asus and Flipkart both but no one is agreeing on return. I have not paid my emi and it’s causing my CIBIL score.
Could you please help and get Thai resolved and I am not welling to pay an emi amount as I have already requested for return.
I am requesting you to help and get this issue resolved in consumer court and file a complaint against both Flipkart and Asus.
